Our foundation was born in the heart of Jonathan Graciani, with the unconditional support of his wife, Elys Graciani.

Jonathan is one of the three brothers: Miguel, Saúl, and Jonathan Graciani.

He is the founder of this organization, which is dedicated with love and respect to the eldest of the brothers, Miguel A. Graciani (Wimo), who was born on June 23, 1971, and Rest on March 25, 2023.

This foundation is inspired by the unity, perseverance, and love of three brothers from Arroyo, Puerto Rico.

Our mission is to work with individuals who are currently incarcerated and nearing they have maintained good conduct. We aim to provide them with practical and valuable tools to help them rebuild their lives upon reentry. Our main focus is training in the culinary field. We will offer instruction in cooking, including basic training and the Food Safety Management course, to help them successfully reintegrate into society and aspire to become entrepreneurs in the culinary world.

To create a healthier, fairer, and more respectful world, where we can offer real opportunities to people who, because of their circumstances, believe there is no solution for them. We are especially committed to supporting those who face challenges reintegrating into society and the workforce.

4 classes per month + 1 additional class for the Food Safety Management certification

Only 5 participants per month

This program will be developed in coordination with correctional institutions and government support
